Program Coordinator

Job Description

The Program Coordinator will provide Lifeline programs, including the DadLINE fatherhood program and the Pure Freedom sexual risk avoidance education program, with vital support in scheduling, data management, and maintaining program fidelity. As program facilitators administer the program, the Program Coordinator will assist in the program evaluation process and financial fidelity through cultivating community partnerships, scheduling workshops, managing program supplies, and other program support duties. The Coordinator must be efficient, organized, resourceful, flexible, and function with strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced and confidential environment. Strong oral and written communication skills exhibited through a friendly attitude are very important. This position is 32 hours weekly. 

Qualifications of the position:

  • Degree in related field preferred
  • Experience in scheduling oversight, reporting, and data management
  • Good knowledge of the Northeast Missouri area and its counties or willingness to learn
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, etc.
  • Strong commitment to pro-abundant life, pro-fathering, and sexual risk avoidance values
  • A criminal background check prior to employment
  • A valid Missouri drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • A high level of confidentiality and professional integrity

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Create and maintain program workshop schedules
  • Coordinate with schools and community partners to facilitate workshops
  • Prepare handouts and supplies for program workshops
  • Organize workshop supplies and manage supply inventory
  • Execute program data entry and assist in data management for program evaluations
  • Maintain accurate program records (program attendance, mileage, etc.)
  • Monitor program policies, benchmarks, and program adherence 
  • Assist in generating program reports
  • Assist with educator observations and focus group interviews
  • Assist with Lifeline events and special projects as needed
  • Provide support to the Program Director as needed

Training and Support:

On-the-job training and support will be provided.
